Family Trip To San Diego!
I was nervous to travel with a 3.5 year old and 9 month old! But to my surprise, they both did amazing! Here we go!
We stayed in a suite at the Bahia Resort and it was great to be able to walk out the patio onto our own little beach area!
Are you even a child if you don’t collect sea shells?
Charlie was looking most forward to building sand castles and did so every single day!
After some beach fun the first day, we checked out these little fellas!
On day 2 we started out with a couple hours at the San Diego Zoo!
Back at the hotel just taking it easy!
The next day we walked down this huge pier of which I forgot the name of… but Charlie had a blast watching the surfers below!
One giant over priced ice cream cone coming right up! Then more playing outside our room, probably while Finn napped.
And back to the main beach!
How cute is this kid?!
Charlie other favourite thing was the “hot pool”.
Day 4 was rainy so we walked around the stunning Balboa park.
Then finally, day 5, we got to visit my uncle, aunt, and cousins!
The pool was fun even if it was too cold to swim in. :p
Meet Noodles. Charlie is still talking about him!
On the drive back to our hotel we took a detour and went over Coronado bridge.
And last but not least, day 6 was spent at Sea World!
I think it’s safe to say the boys enjoyed themselves, and so did we! And now I’m a lot less afraid to travel again with them! :p
